云南，是世界上自然元素最丰富、物种最多样、历史最神秘、文化最多元的区域之一。两干多年来，西南地区各民族经历了漫长曲折的历程才融入中华民族大家庭中，也因此，云南的地域文化异常丰富和精彩。这一次，我们将探索历史最深厚、文化最悠久、民族最多彩、山河最奇丽的云南西北地区，探索世界自然遗产丽江玉龙雪山;探访世界文化遗产:丽江古城、从历史到现代，沉浸式体验云南高原自然生态与人居环境、滇西北地区独具特色的多元民族文化和浓郁的高原山区风情，感受祖国西南边疆地区各民族源远流长的经济文化交流，探究人与自然、人与他人的和谐共生，感知云南地域文化的异彩纷呈以及与中华文明同根同源的内涵。让我们沿着滇藏茶马古道，经过高山深峡，一起领略高原风光 探寻古道遗痕、发现绝美艺术，品读民族历史。世界文化遗产“丽江古城”、中国最大的藏民居群--独克宗古镇，宛如仙境的纳帕海依拉草原、雪域高原上的生物乐园、纳西、藏族的绚丽文化......那么多的生命、生活、文化、信仰、艺术凝聚成的、只属于滇藏茶马古道的文明等着我们，我们会有很多特别的经历，会创造个性十足的研学成果，与小伙伴们一起尧灌出一束盛开在茶马古道的成长之花。

First day (initial experience in Lijiang)

• Morning: Bus ride  /  Fly to Lijiang, start the study journey
• Afternoon: Enter the Dongba Culture Museum to learn about the history of the Naxi people, Dongba script, and cultural values; Deeply explore the Old Town of Lijiang, explore architectural wisdom, cultural tradition and natural utilization, and understand the influence of relevant historical figures
• Accommodation: Lijiang City

The next day (Dongba Culture and Yulong Snow Mountain)

• Morning: Home visit to Dongba descendants, learn about Dongba script inheritance, participate in Dongba classroom (experience Dongba culture in primary school, complete survey report in high school)
• Afternoon: Explore the natural landscape of Yulong Snow Mountain, observe glacier landforms and ecosystems; Primary school completes water quality testing, high school draws ecological system map
• Evening: Naxi style bonfire party
• Accommodation: Lijiang City

On the third day (heading to Shangri La to visit Dukezong)

• Morning: Take a bus to Shangri La to watch the documentary "Tea Horse Ancient Road" and participate in the Tibetan cultural knowledge competition
• Afternoon: Visit the ancient town of Dukezong, search for the remains of the caravan, and learn about Tibetan residential architecture and the history of the ancient town; Primary school experience of hidden decoration, high school collection of residential building data
• Accommodation: Shangri La City

The fourth day (Napahai Grassland and Songzanlin Temple)

• Morning: Napahaila Grassland Launch; Grassland Conservation Action ", divided into groups to complete wetland observation, geographical survey, and energy transfer experiments, to understand the plateau wetland ecosystem
• Afternoon: Visit Songtsenlin Temple, search for mythical animal totems, appreciate Tibetan style paintings and murals in the "Gesar King's Biography", and learn about Tibetan Buddhist culture
• Accommodation: Shangri La City

Day 5 (Xia gives Tibetan village cultural experience)

• In the morning: Enter Xiajie Tibetan Cultural Village and participate; Tibetan Culture Cube Assembly; Game, group experience Tibetan cultural content such as folk customs, cuisine, architecture, etc., complete cultural collection and experience tasks
• Follow up: Arrange return or expansion activities according to actual circumstances
