D3 洱海生态・喜州非遗・奔赴丽江

• 上午：骑行洱海生态廊道精华路段，观察海菜花生态
• 下午：喜州古镇体验白族甲马拓印非遗技艺，感受商帮文化
• 晚上：乘大巴从大理前往丽江

D4 玉龙雪山・白沙古镇・结营晚会

• 上午：乘坐云杉坪缆车游览玉龙雪山，观看《印象丽江》演出
• 下午：探访白沙古镇与白沙壁画，学习纳西东巴文
• 晚上：结营仪式 + 白族风情篝火晚会，品尝特色烧烤
