云南，是世界上自然元素最丰富、物种最多样、历史最神秘、文化最多元的区域之一。两千多年来，西南地区各民族融入中华民族大家庭中的历史十分曲折，云南的地域文化异常丰富和精彩。这一次，我们将游历云南历史最深厚、文化最悠久、民族最多彩、山河最奇丽的地区，做客云南灵魂会客厅--云南省博物馆，探索世界遗产丽江和玉龙雪山，探访国家历史文化名城:大理，走进宛如梦境的高原民族村落、古镇、行游洱海湖滨，感受人与自然和谐发展的经典场景。从历史到现代，沉浸式体验云南多元少数民族文化、高原自然生态与人居环境、滇西北地区独具特色的民族文化和浓郁的高原山区风情，感受祖国西南边疆地区各民族源远流长的经济文化交流，探究人与自然、人与他人的和谐共生，体验丰富的研学活动，创造个性十足的研学成果，感知云南地域文化的异彩纷呈以及与中华文明同根同源的内涵，从生态文明建设中理解人类命运共同体这个伟大主题。深入了解云南各民族追随先进文化的执着，保持个性发展的清醒以及坚持和谐共生的智慧、坚定团结爱国的信念。体悟渗透在云南各民族基因中的“追随先进文化、保持个性发展”的核心民族精神。

D1  Arriving in Kunming

• Evening: Targeted exploration of Kunming's old streets, learning about Kunming's history, culture, and social life
• Accommodation: Kunming

D2  Geological expedition, heading to Dali

• Morning: Scientific expedition to Shilin Geopark, exploring world natural heritage sites, observing karst landforms and ancient marine relics
• Afternoon: Take the high-speed train to Dali to conduct a carriage class, complete the study manual and group project
• Accommodation: Dali

D3  Dali Old City • Bai Intangible Cultural Heritage

• Morning: Explore Dali Old City, learn about the history, and participate in; The Strongest Defender of the Ancient City; Competition
• Afternoon: Experience the Bai ethnic group's three course tea, Bawang whip dance, and hike; /  Cycling along the shores of Erhai Lake, experiencing the natural environment
• Evening: Share the gains of the day and promote group projects

D4  Tie dye intangible cultural heritage, heading to Lijiang

• Morning: Visit the Tie Dyeing Museum, learn tie dyeing techniques from inheritors of intangible cultural heritage, and complete cultural and creative activities; T  T-shirt works
• Afternoon: Take a high-speed train to Lijiang to conduct a carriage class and learn about the geographical features and ethnic culture of northwest Yunnan
• Evening: Visit the Dongba Culture Museum to learn about Naxi culture and decipher Dongba hieroglyphs

D5  Yulong Snow Mountain • the Old Town of Lijiang

• All day: Explore the natural landscape of Yulong Snow Mountain and investigate the ecosystem of Blue Moon Valley; Visit Shuhe Ancient Town and learn about the social life of the Naxi people
• Evening: Take the high-speed train back to Kunming, conduct carriage classes, and complete research lectures
• Accommodation: Kunming

D6  Provincial Doctoral Research and Return Camp

• Morning: Visit Yunnan Provincial Museum to explore Yunnan's history, human origins, and national treasures and cultural relics
• Afternoon: Visit Dounan Flower Market to investigate the flower economy and beneficial plant research, and then return home to close the business
